How does it work?

1. Review Booking Agreement: Start by carefully reading the booking agreement. Make sure you understand the terms and conditions.
2. Access the Booking System: Use the Appointment Booking System (Calendar) to select your desired date for the party. Keep in mind that if a date is unavailable, it has already been booked by someone else.
3. Key Drop-off: On the day of your booking, you can expect the key to be placed in your mailbox before 15:00. Ensure you have access to the mailbox on the scheduled date.
4. Party Time!: Enjoy your event to the fullest. Celebrate and create lasting memories with your guests.
5. Post-Event Cleaning: After the party concludes, follow the cleaning instructions meticulously to leave the premises in the desired condition.
6. Key Return: The day after your event, make sure to return the keys. Details on the specific mailbox for key drop-off will be communicated to you via email. Please ensure the keys are returned by 12:00.
