Gym

We at Oforum are happy to offer a gym for our tenants. Please read through the following paragraphs before you proceed.

Equipment

We got a squat rack, bench, cable fly machine, dip bar, cable row machine, and several pull up bars. Approximately 300kg of free weights. Barbell set up to 30 kg. 

What are the rules?

1. Put the weights back after you use them
2. Respect each other 
3. The person that was in the gym first and is using the speaker get to choose the music
4. Opening hours of the gym: 06:00 – 21:00 (the door is locked after 21:00). You may stay at the gym later than 21:00 but NO loud music after 21:30.

How much does it cost?

Membership costs 450 sek for 6 months with a deposit of 450 sek which you get back once you return your key. Deposit is paid only once at the start when one starts their membership. It’s important that you remember to leave your address so we know where to drop off the keys.

Where is the gym located?

The gym is located at Körsbärsvägen 4b inside the tenant’s quarters, one level down (level K1 in the elevator)
