How does it work?

1. Review Booking Agreement: Start by carefully reading the booking agreement. Make sure you understand the terms and conditions.
2. Access the Booking System: Use the Appointment Booking System (Calendar) to select your desired date for the party. Keep in mind that if a date is unavailable, it has already been booked by someone else.
3. Key Drop-off: On the day of your booking, you can expect the key to be placed in your mailbox before 15:00. Ensure you have access to the mailbox on the scheduled date.
4. Inspection: Before your event, check the party room against the cleaning instructions. If anything is out of order, document it and notify us via email. Note: You are still required to clean the room after use, but you may be eligible for a discount if conditions are not as expected.
5. Party Time!: Enjoy your event to the fullest. Celebrate and create lasting memories with your guests.
6. Post-Event Cleaning: After the party concludes, follow the cleaning instructions meticulously to leave the premises in the desired condition.
7. Key Return: The day after your event, make sure to return the keys. Details on the specific mailbox for key drop-off will be communicated to you via email. Please ensure the keys are returned by 8:00 (Su – Thu) or 12:00 (Fr – Sa).

New policy as of 06/12/25: For the purposes of this policy, “renter” means the tenant who has booked the Forum party-room. If the renter, or anyone acting on the renter’s behalf, leaves any main entrance door to Forum propped open or otherwise unsecured so that anyone other than Forum residents or invited guests of the renter can gain unauthorized access to the party-room or other parts of the Forum premises, OForum reserves the right to deduct a fine from the renter’s deposit. The fine being a minimum of 500 kr and up to a maximum of the entire deposit.
